Russian Basic School = Enterprising School = Enterprising Teacher
Presentation of the project "Enterprising Teacher" began with reports of its funding from AS Archimedes ERASMUS +.
On August 30, the first significant event within the framework of the project was held - “Workshops. Idea search methods. Brainstorming ”, which was attended by about 40 teachers. The main topic of the meeting was “Effective use of the project method in organizing activities and socializing the subject in the learning process. An inclusive education system at school ”.
Purpose of the event:
1. To indicate the importance of using the project method in organizing activities and socializing subjects, including in inclusive education.
2. Introduce the method of searching for ideas - "Brainstorming".
3. Develop a range of project ideas that are possible for future implementation.

and project manager Galina Safronova outlined the importance of using the project method
The highlight of the event was the Spring Storm warm-up, which many teachers want to use in their teaching practice.
The next step involved a part where the participants were given information about the creator and the history of the method, the stages and rules for conducting the "Brainstorming". After that, the Brainstorm itself was carried out.
Teachers in practice were trained in developing ideas on topics:
1. How to diversify lessons using methodological activities (project method), making them more interactive and enjoyable?
2. How to adapt traditional teaching methods to the needs of their students (inclusive education), ensuring universal access to the curriculum?
The event ended with a presentation of ideas.
This event showed that the ideas developed by this method are quite interesting and deserve attention. The goal of the event was achieved, and successful ideas will find their place in the collection of school project ideas.
The teachers expressed their interest in project activities and to form the target group of the project "Entrepreneurial Teacher" a competition was held, in which the participants substantiated their desire to participate in the project, proposed their topics of project activities. The target group of the project is active, creative teachers who are full of ideas and able to learn in English, but do not have additional knowledge and skills related to the topic.
Thus, the project participants were: Tatiana Laada, Hiie Taklai, Inna Gorbunova, Inna Rubtsova, Elena Ignatieva. Galina Safronova - project manager.
Several meetings of the project participants were held, at which the tasks and goals of the project were agreed, the plan of activities was discussed and the roles of the participants were assigned.
The project also provides training courses in English. The training company Kersti Võlu Koolituskeskus organized English courses for us from August to the end of September 2020, taught by the experienced and creative teacher Marina Hämäläinen. The training program assumes the opportunity to get acquainted with the terminology in the field of education, to activate the existing knowledge and spoken language.
On October 4, 2020, our group was scheduled to fly to the Europass Teacher Academy located in Florence, Italy. But due to the cancellation of flights in connection with Covid, the trip was postponed to April 4, 2021.
It is planned that during two weeks of October, teachers will be trained in the following courses: "Project Management System to Improve the Quality of Teaching" and "European School for All Children".
We hope that our full energy and optimism of a group of teachers will succeed, despite the difficulties caused by the pandemic!
