The modern school lives and develops in a dynamically changing world, which imposes ever-increasing demands on it. Development is becoming a need for an educational institution. The practice of our school involves the preparation in the educational institution of modern-minded teachers who are able to most effectively provide solutions to the challenges facing the educational institution. In order to live, work and meet new conditions, it seems to us a very important aspect of the methodological work in the school: the formation of the design culture of an individual teacher and the whole team,
paying particular attention to the development of an inclusive education system in the school and the training of qualified personnel who are able to use special teaching methods, techniques and tools.

Project Goals:
1. Effective use of project method in organization of work and socialization of subject in learning process.
2. Expanding teachers' skills and abilities in developing, implementing and participating in international school projects.
3. Developing entrepreneurship education and other new trends through different programs and methods (“Inclusive Education”, “Entrepreneurial School” and others)
4. Learn to collaborate with each other through interactive opportunities, develop opportunities to improve training standards in less time.
5. Explore all aspects of inclusive education, learn how to lead a multicultural class, including students with different special educational needs.

Expected results:
Using the studied project management system, teachers improve the quality of education (including inclusive), making it more enjoyable and interactive, easily communicate and collaborate, discuss educational issues, offer ideas, share their knowledge, developing excellent strategies and solutions for less time. We plan that, as a result of the training, a group of teachers with joint efforts will be able to create and implement international projects, the theme of one of which will be “Inclusive Education”, on which we will learn from international experience and share our best practices.
